Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. We also accept Apple Pay and PayPal.
When I ordered some merchandise from your site I noticed that I was charged in Canadian dollars, why is that?
Royal Mountain Records is a Canadian-based company, therefore the final prices listed are in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will make the conversion to the appropriate currency.
All physical pre-order items should ship out from our warehouse in Toronto, ON before release date, as long as their are no delays in manufacturing that would delay this advance shipping timeline - should these occur, you will be informed via email.
Consideration for distance traveled and customs department clearance must be taken for international orders
How long will it take to receive my order?
You get what you pay for! For standard shipping on North American orders, please allow 1-5 weeks for delivery, depending on location. For standard shipping overseas orders please allow between 7 weeks up to 3 months for delivery. Of course, most of these shouldn't take that long, but once it's left our office it is out of our control.
Tracking my order?
The cheapest option for shipping within Canada through Canada Post doesn't include tracking. If you want a tracking number, you'll need to pay a little more. International shipping includes a tracking number. Unfortunately, we are beholden to Canada Post's prices :(
I live in Toronto and I don't want to pay for shipping. Can I come pick it up at your office?
We don't offer this in our shipping options but if you really don't want to pay shipping, get in touch with someone at email@example.com, we can try and organize this!
I would like to know what the shipping charges will be before I decide to make a purchase, how can I find this out?
Our shipping charges are based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel, as well as the type of service you select. These prices will be calculated and made available to you before you make your actual purchase. The best way to view your shipping options and prices is to go through the site as if you were going to make a purchase and you will be able to see what your options are without having to give any credit card information.
Please note that all orders are shipped from our office in Canada, and any items mailed to foreign countries are subject to customs inspection. We provide customs information on all international packages to help your order clear customs in a timely manner, but any customs delays are out of our control. If you still have not received your order within the estimated delivery time provided for the service you have selected, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Items mailed to foreign countries may be subject to customs duties or fees. Royal Mountain Records is not responsible for any fees applied to your order. If any customs duties or fees are applied to your order, it is the recipient's responsibility to pay for these charges. Unfortunately, Royal Mountain Records cannot predict or calculate these charges. To find out whether any customs charges will be applied to your order upon delivery, please contact your local post office or customs office.
RMRs Shipping Return Policy
All damaged or defective items must be returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item(s). If your order arrived damaged please return it right away so we can send you a replacement.
Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that the error was at the fault of Royal Mountain Records. All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by e-mail. In the case of a customer giving an insufficient or incorrect address and the package being returned, the customer will be charged to resend the package to the correct address.
